Can a teenager at 12-16 possess skills as a chess and poker master, avid reader, hacker, martial artist, and hyperrealism artist?

Can they? Well while it is possible at that age to be a chess and/or poker master having those skills pretty much means you can’t be a master of any of the other things you cite. You could be an amateur and enjoy the others, but you simply would not have enough hours in the day to be a master of them.
