They are mysterious, unquantifiable, often other-worldly qualities (ineffable, inimitable) like charisma, persuasiveness, presence, creativity, originality, imagination, vision, transcendent, total self-containment, and tremendous Steve Jobsian magnetic appeal to all sexes of all ages. It’s called stellar for a reason.

And, yes, in case you’re wondering, this includes people like Elon Musk, Donald Trump and Kanye West in a perverse reversal of Stellar Success Qualities turned inside out and somehow paradoxically actually working. It only adds to the mysterious allure. Go figure.
