What's a skill you've always wanted to learn but haven't yet pursued?

I would really love to learn to play a musical instrument. I play the Jaw harp, which is so weird not many people can even abide listening to it, and I strum on the autoharp, shifting around among the three minor keys to make a kind of mournful background music. I don’t think either of those really counts.

My wife was gifted a very good quality electric keyboard, and she plays quite well. I’m hoping to start trying to play the keyboard with some of the books she got when she was beginning — I’m less than three months from my eightieth birthday, and I think fulfilling this lifelong wish will be an auspicious way to begin my eighth decade.
