Is there any meaningful skill that you learned this year, 2023, and are you going to advise me to learn it?

Excellent communication.

I have always been good at making conversations, and making friends. My communication is brilliant, but of course i know i can always learn.

This year i got a boyfriend, and it have caused my need to communicate a lot more than before, and in harder topics. You communicate with your words, but mainly your body language, and expressions tells a lot. There have been emotional conversations, and having to either sacrifice a relationship, or to forgive. Hard choices that needs to be taken in the moment. Atleast thats what it feels like.

But its important to know, its okay to not give an answer right away. Take some time for yourself. If you communicate right away, in an argument for example, without thinking you most likely would say something out of anger that you will regret.

So ive learned how to master, hard communication and how to comfort/care, and know when i or my significant other, just needs a moment.
