Why do some people lack motivation to learn new skills, whereas others are motivated? What makes a person motivated to learn something new?

“Whydo some pleople lack motivation to learn” it simple really they lack the Ego to if you want to be the best you will do everything in your power to get there if you have to learn something new then that's exactly what you'll do.

Ego comes form your own identity it's how you invasion yourself and who you want to be. There's a difference from being a Egoist and being narcissistic but you should invasion what your best self would do and why.
