What is the easiest type of skill to learn, hard or soft/technical vs. non-technical/harder than most people think/skills (e.g., coding)?

I varies from person to person. I was able to learn hard skills (math, science, coding, and eventually software engineering). I think that was because of my inherited intelligence. However, I never learned interpersonal skills very well. I that had much to do with my personality, which derived significantly from my childhood emotional experiences (I was a sickly and therefore overly protected child).
