What are some recommendations for personal/character development in the areas of stress management, emotion regulation, handling challenging situations (I'm an early childhood teacher), and improving communication skills?

Experiencing emotions and sitting with them while understanding that everything that happens in the end is either going to kill you or make you grow, so there is nothing to be scared about.

That’s what I would say, but this is an inner journey and cannot be thought, so things are personal and this is one of them.

The only thing I would say is allow experimentation, processing and respecting the times of the individuals without forcing or pushing anything so that the unconscious mind can do the work in a much more efficient way.
