Meditation keeps you centered in the present. Anxiety and sadness are the result of worrying about the future or fretting over past events. Bliss, peace, and joy are all experienced here in the now.

Yoga and stretching is essential to peace of mind. It’s impossible for the mind to be stressed if all the muscles in the body are relaxed. Learning to manipulate the mind-body connection is essential for being relaxed and happy.
