Love - Love deeply. Hug someone a little bit longer. Call your loved ones and have a nice talk. Kiss with passion. Make a creative video for your lover to show you care. Cuddle on a Sunday afternoon. Have date nights.

Green smoothies - Incorporate more greens into your diet. Green smoothies are a great way to do this if you can't stand eating salads. I eat one every day for breakfast and I feel great. It's been 4.5 years since I started doing this.

Embrace giving - Give back to someone today. Maybe it's a charitable donation. Maybe it's career advice to your niece. Maybe it's a small gift to say thank you to the coworker who's been helping you on a project. One of the best ways to live a meaningful life is to give back.

Create - Art. Writing. Apps. Music. Companies. Whatever your passion might be. Creating will challenge you to grow.

Keep it simple - You probably don't need 4 cars. You probably don't need 4 pairs of the same shoes in different colors. You probably don't need 5 TVs in your home. The more stuff you accumulate, the more administrative debt you build. Laugh - Not the polite, that wasn't that funny but I should, kind of laugh. The deep laugh that makes your stomach hurt, your eyes water and gives your body that warm feeling.

Get an awesome night's sleep - I get it, you want to change the world. You want to move mountains. You can do that, but don't sacrifice your health by not getting enough sleep. It'll be counterproductive in the long run.

Take care of your body - Workout. Lift weights. Go for a run. Your body will thank you for it - both now and in the future.
