For Stress:
1.Started focusing on your routine.
2. If possible start atleast 10 minutes meditation everyday.
3.write down all the things that stressing you out.
4. Discuss your problems with close friends or councellors.
5. Give yourself some alone time to just relax
For Anxiety:
Get a routine checkup and took your meds properly.
Sleep atleast 8 hours as it's necessary.
Spend some time with nature.
Do fun activities with friends and families.
Just know the fact that everything is not in your control and it's life is all about.
It will be better to take care of yourself or those who needs care we should support these people and encourage them.
