My dreams

My mother wakes me up when I sleep late at night, otherwise, I wake up early on my own every day.

I usually wake up before 5:30 am, but nowadays, I'm trying to wake up at 4:30 am to meditate early in the morning.

To be honest, I get excited when I open my eyes to a new day,new hope, new ambitions, new goals, and a new me.

I just love waking up early in the morning, especially for meditation.

You might think it’s strange that I get excited to wake up just for meditation, but it’s not the only thing that motivates me.

I love focusing my mind, visualizing my goals, chanting mantras, and showing gratitude to God for a happy life, loved ones, and being grateful for everything.

Even my family knows that I find it difficult to start my day without some exercise and meditation.

Sometimes, my mother wakes me up

“Aaiya( me) uth ja, yoga kar le, bahut subhe ho gayi” (Come on, wake up, do some yoga, it’s already very late)…

Waking up early isn’t just a routine, it’s how I align myself with the day ahead.

It’s a best time to focus on my thoughts and set the tone for the rest of the day.

That's why there's no need to rocket science to wake up out of the bad, as today is Sunday.

I slept at 9:00 PM, then woke up at 9:30 to eat French fries my brother brought for me, and slept again at 9:45. Then I woke up again at 12:49 due to seeing a ghost in my dream.😂 After that, I slept at 1:48 after listening to some chill music, and then woke up at 5:10 AM.
