Any kind of social media (like Instagram , WhatsApp and even Telegram)
My suggestion is that you can :-
Listen to music
Go for a walk
or you can just sit with yourself
Pro Tip- if you feel like talking to someone then talk to people who make you feel good and discuss things that does not bother you. Talking to toxic people will waste your time and disturb your peace of mind.
I used to drink cold coffee during my study breaks.
