Any position of strength cannot long endure without a consistent/persistent conditioning of will, discipline, and ability.
In either case, nutrition is key. Be sure to have a quality diet.
Maintaining physical fitness may be more obvious between the two (be active more than stationary) but the same goes for being mentally fit. A stationary mind is one that doesn’t have to draw it’s own conclusions. If you’re not constantly learning, you’re not living. Just don’t let your mind go dormant. Have constructive conversations.
