I hate plain water, I have never liked it. Luckily, a person doesn't have to have just water for their daily intake of liquid.
Tea, coffee (decaf for both), most liquids count as long as it is not alcohol or caffeine.
Some foods as well, watermelon is one of the best ways.
In order for me to get enough liquid, I add water enhancer to my water, I also take fresh fruit like oranges, lemons etc cut them up and add them to my water, and by the next day, the water is ready to drink.
