this is what I do and my logic for it. I'm sure a lot of people will agree.
Making your bed. making your early in the morning right after waking up gives you a sense of accomplishment, regardless of what you did. This creates a mindset for you to accomplish even bigger things, namely your goals, or at least sets the mood for it. A lot of successful follow this routine and you can look them up for a better explanation.
Drink a glass of water. Pretty straight forward. Your body has been dehydrated for a long period and hence needs to be re-hydrated. Plus, this helps to activate the organs and flush out bodily toxins and wastes.
