My favorite yoga pose to help stay calm in a chaotic world is the Child’s Pose. This pose is a great way to relax the body and mind. To achieve inner peace, I recommend focusing on your breath while in the pose. Take deep, slow breaths, and allow your body to relax. Visualize a peaceful place and allow yourself to be in that moment. Additionally, try to practice mindfulness, and be present in the moment. This can help to reduce stress and anxiety.
