Speaking as a man.
You should NEVER be in your “comfort zone” Life is extremely difficult and you must become strong to handle such difficulties.
Could you imagine a soldier in the medieval times questioning what a comfort zone was?
Imagine the soldiers of WW1 and WW2 searching for a comfort zone. When I say soldiers I mean on both ends of the battle.
Men were forced to go die in a ditch; comfort zone or not. Neither side cared whether or not the enemy was comfortable.
Sorry, I know I’m being harsh, but I’m only trying drive home the point that life is very difficult for a man and no one cares about our comfort zones.
I say the same things to my son. “You are a young man, and as a man you have a duty to your last name, you have a duty to your bloodline”
Our ancestors didn’t survive the black plague, countless wars and starvation just to get to the end of our bloodline and see us searching for a comfort zone.
I believe that all men have the sacred duty to become men of upright and virtuous character, and live above all possible reproach.
I believe that men have the divine imperative to become as capable, powerful and competent as possible in this life.
What we need is a band of trusted and vetted brothers whom we can depend on. Men that will have the honor to die right by our side, and us the same.
When the world is in chaos who do you think they will send to battle? Who do you think they will call on to go die in a ditch, whether they are ready or not?
MEN!
