This question is something I can answer as I went from being lazy and waking up at 8 am to now waking up at 4 am.
This is how I did it and you can too.
Acknowledge first that you need to improve your wake up time. This step is key. Know your why!
Focus on one improvement at a time. and not working on multiple things.
Move the goal needle slowly. So, this is what has been the mistake of all people. They want drastic changes. I used to write on paper - “I consistently wake up at 7:30 am now”. Moved by 30 mins only.
Having an accountability partner. Human touch is what is needed in improvements. My brother took a note of it and I was penalised for not waking up at time for 3 days in a row. Pain is a powerful motivator.
Once I did it for 67 days straight, I moved the needle further by 30 mins.
Time then moved to 7 am, 6:30 am and so on and it became easy later.
This is how I moved from 8 am to sometimes now 3:30 am :)
That's the best way to train your brain to perform and get results!!
