probably the easiest technique to learn is how to become ‘regular.’ i poop once in the morning usually right after coffee, and that’s it for the day.
you may need to add fiber to your diet to make yourself regular, but once you find the right amount for you, you will require far less toilet paper.
just dab your (applicable region) with an amount thick enough that fecal waste doesn’t spread to the side you are holding. i need about 5 squares, folded twice. i use GV Ultra Strong. better toilet paper may need less; single-ply will mean you have to get that roll spinning to heap into a pile thick enough.
