01. Taking coffee/tea on an empty stomach after getting up from bed in the morning.
02. Drinking tea, coffee or anything by standing or walking.
03. Going to bed at night without brushing the teeth.
04. Going to bed with the phone and scrolling the phone in the bed for more than 30 mins
05. Checking the phone first thing in the morning and scrolling it.
06. Going to bed immediately after having dinner.
07. Having dinner after 11 pm.
08. Sitting in front of a laptop/PC for continuous hours.
09. Controlling or delaying pissing when it is needed to be done.
10. Have yet to learn what we eat daily, especially continuously consuming junk food.
10. Taking many things for granted, especially health.
