Here are the tips:

Focus on clearing your bowel ( toxicity) from your body. For that focus on sleeping well.

Take a bath

Spend at least 2 hours of the day with yourself.

During these 2 hours, do whatever makes you feel integrated as an individual

You can drink tea

Have breakfast

Read a book

Do yoga/ meditation/ breath work

Research/ work on laptop

Create something if you have that creative inclination

Write down what you want to do throughout the day

Accomplish today's tasks and reward yourself at the end of the day.
