What does it mean when someone says they are "educated"? What are some things that they know or understand that others may not have access to or care about?

If someone says they are educated that means they wish they were educated and are not educated. They want to show people “oh look at me I'm better and smarter than everyone and everyone else is stupid” they want to show everyone they are superior but they are not superior they are in fact idiots who are low lives and will never amount to anything in life. In other words they are dead beats.
