Besides obvious health benefits, non-runners think running exhausts you. It actually refreshes you. A bad day becomes better after a run. When you are tired from work, running clears your mind and reenergized you. After a run, you feel stronger and more energetic. I often find a better solution for a problem during a run—I believe this is due to meditating effect of running. You will also feel successful after a run, no matter the distance or pace. If you don’t believe me, try it yourself. And keep running while you can.
