Given the constantly changing world of work, adaptability is the most critical skill that will make you more employable. That is, being able to obtain and keep a job.

Adaptability/Flexibility is considered a ‘soft’ skill, as the term suggests it is a ‘human’ related skill. Given the constantly changing world of work that includes the use of Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and remote working, current and prospective employees must show that they can adjust to new circumstances.

Your employability depends on you being able to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and objectives in a constantly changing environment.
