What strategies do you use to think critically as you age? Do you find yourself constantly seeking new knowledge and experiences to expand your thinking abilities?

As I age, I prioritize critical thinking by:

Challenging assumptions: I actively question my own beliefs and those of others to ensure they're based on evidence.

Seeking diverse perspectives: I engage with different viewpoints to gain a more comprehensive understanding of complex issues.

Practicing mindfulness: Meditation and mindfulness help me stay present and focused, allowing for more objective thought.

Continuously learning: I seek out new information and experiences to expand my knowledge base and stimulate my mind.

Reflecting on my biases: I'm aware of my own biases and work to counteract them in my thinking.

I do a host of other brain exercises to help me stay sharp and to perhaps strengthen neural pathways. Contrary to popular belief we continue to create new neural pathways as time goes on.
