Why don’t babies feel thoughts and knowledge in their consciousness?

Knowledge is all the feelings but feelings are not knowledge.

Consciousness is all babies but babies are not consciousness they are only conscious. What they feel is what they express when growing. Their feelings they cannot express , either they cry or laugh. When memory becomes stronger in them then words starts to come out. Then words becomes action in adult hood and then they face the reaction of the action towards rest of the life.
