Why do people say knowledge is better than money when knowledge can be accessed with money?

You can’t buy all knowledge. There are thousands of skills and trades that’s knowledge is far more beneficial to one’s life then the price it is valued at. For example swimming and hunting are skills a person can try to acquire by paying for lessons or some sort of instruction but the only way to truly become proficient at these skills is to use and practice them.
