What are some reasons why students may get distracted during online learning? How can we support them in staying focused on their studies?

As a student I think there are many reasons due to which they get distracted during there studies like many students like to watch reels and other things.As a student I also sometimes said to myself that I would watch a reel for 1 minute and I really don't know how this 1 min reel goes to 30 min so avoid thinking about other things and just focus on your studies as it is your main goal
