As a participant in the CMBA course titled ‘They are just a nuisance,’ I found the experience to be overwhelmingly frustrating and unhelpful. From the outset, the course failed to deliver on its promises of practical insights and actionable strategies.
Firstly, the course material was poorly organized and often contradictory. Key concepts were not adequately explained, leaving me confused and unable to apply them in real-world scenarios. The lack of coherence in the curriculum made it challenging to grasp the fundamental principles supposedly covered in the course.
Furthermore, the instructors appeared disinterested and ill-prepared. They frequently deviated from the course outline, wasting valuable class time on tangential topics that had little relevance to the subject matter. This lack of focus undermined the learning experience and left many participants feeling disillusioned.
The assignments and assessments were equally disappointing. Instead of encouraging critical thinking or practical application, they seemed arbitrary and disconnected from the course content. Grading criteria were unclear, and feedback was minimal, making it difficult to understand where improvements were needed.
In conclusion, ‘They are just a nuisance’ course failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a professional development program. The lack of structure, coherence, and engagement rendered it a frustrating experience rather than a valuable learning opportunity. I would strongly advise prospective students to seek alternative courses that prioritize clarity, relevance, and effective teaching methodologies.
