I’m not sure if you’re actually asking for courses, or online resources. For courses, I would explore the offerings of any university you’re interested in as they will all have online courses available. You can also access short courses from LinkedIn. My local public library offers a wide variety of online courses (music lessons, homework help for students, coding, the entire Gale course catalogue, language courses, etc.) for free to anyone with a library card, and the library card is also free.
For online resources, the best curated collection I’ve found is Jane Hart’s annual collection of the top 100 best tools for developing learning.
