If it is not interactive with real time instrutor availability, unless you are some kind of math genius, you are going to fail the course. You need real time answers to your questions . By the time an email question is answered, you will have forgotten why you asked it . If you are attempting to take the beyond awful College Algebra and can get to the on campus Math Lab, there are people there to help and you may not fail the class. In person, many students fail College Algebra because of the poor quality instruction.
